Is there really no upfront cost?
Yes. There is nothing to pay before or on the day of installation. Your first monthly payment covers the system, the fitting, servicing and repairs, and the price stays the same for the term.
How does a monthly plan work?
You lease the air conditioning system for a fixed term, usually 60 months. One monthly payment covers the units, the installation, an annual service and parts and labour cover. There is no upfront cost.
What happens at the end of the plan?
We'll contact you before the term ends to talk through your options, which include continuing with the current system or moving to a new one.
Can I buy the system outright instead?
Yes. We can quote a one-off price alongside the monthly plan so you can compare them.
Will it heat as well as cool?
Yes. The systems we fit are air-to-air heat pumps, so the same unit provides cooling in summer and heating in winter.
How long does installation take?
Most single-room installs are done in a day. Larger systems are scheduled with you after the survey, and can be done out of hours for businesses.
Do I need planning permission?
Most installs don't, but rules differ for listed buildings, conservation areas, flats and some commercial premises. We check this during the survey.
